Is Garbhsanskar really helpful or it is a myth?

I have heard about Garbhsanskar but not so sure if it really helps.

Garbhsanskar plays a vital role in making the child's mental and physical growth while the child is inside the womb. Garbhsanskar is mentioned in Ayurveda. Hence, it is helpful.
